The Love of Bikes

I started riding a bike around seven years old. Freedom at last! You could not get me off my bike, I loved to ride without holding the handlebars. I think that is a metaphor for my life. I keep a bike in Atlantic City so can ride on the boardwalk at sunrise. That is one of my greatest passions, along with photographing bicycles in the city

When I was in fourth grade, I had a music teacher named Mr. Walton. I don't know how many times we sang this song, "Climb Every Mountain."
The words still resonate with me now as they did when I was 10 years old. I feel, following your dreams makes life worth living.

Washington Square Park Piano Man, New York City

Often, I would walk through Washington Square park and hear beautiful music. A man playing classical music behind a grand piano.  Classical music expertly played.  Who is this man? How did he learn to play so beautifully? How did he get a grand piano into the park? Why is he doing this?
